Security is core to how we design the Omni platform. This page summarizes our current practices; a full security whitepaper is available on request for enterprise evaluations.

Infrastructure

Deployments run on private cloud or fully dedicated instances per customer, with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access control

Access to customer environments is role-based and scoped to what's needed for support and operations, with all access logged.
